Quantum and Energy Healing
I use a variety of unique and interesting energy healing modalities to help others feel better about themselves and feel better in their bodies. These sessions are a mix of talking and meditation. I will get a sense of what needs healing and I work with physical and metaphysical pathways to aide in what ails you.

Sound Healing
This is a transformational and moving experience where I use my voice, body percussion, drums and other musical instruments infused with light codes and healing energy to assist you in your journey. This type of healing is connected to the creator's source love energy through sound and moves blocked energies with the use of consciously directed sound waves.
Soul Discovery
I safely guide, navigate and teach soul discover through metaphysical learning, travelling, questioning, intuitively connecting, self exploration and soul journeying. This is a mix of meditation, energy work and talking. I can help you connect to certain individuals or teach more about gifts you are coming into, also I can guide you to more understanding on challenges you face.
Trauma Recovery
Through my own experience I became an expert in understanding, managing, working with, coping and moving past horrendously difficult hardships and I teach others how to thrive during and after traumatic times in their lives.

Intuitive Touch Healing
This is an in person service. In a safe and guided manner I work to relieve tension, aches and pain in the back, neck, arms legs, and hands. This may be done by placing crystals, rolling balls, tapping or using healing motions on muscles. This is targeted touch healing.
